Why does the Permit Package price vary?

Complexity. A by-right ADU permit is far simpler than a rezoning with a public hearing. You'll get a firm quote after your feasibility report — before you commit to anything.

Does the feasibility report fee count toward a package?

Yes. If you proceed to a full permit package on the same property within 90 days, the report fee is credited toward it.

Do you charge a success fee?

No. Our pricing is flat and predictable. The approval decision belongs to the city, and we think tying our fee to it creates the wrong incentives.

What does Pro include for teams?
